• Sales/Purchase/JV Entires in Tally.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable / Petty Cash.
• Responsible to Process timely payments of Creditors / TDS / Service Tax / Vat / Advance IT etc.
• Responsible for Employee Attendance / Salary Calculation / PF / ESIC / PT return & Payment.
• Maintaining Balance sheet till Finalisation.
• Responsible for the Billing & Collection Department work allotment.
• Preparing Monthly MIS Report for the management to decide Directors Remuneration / Use of cash Flow / Investment / Loan Repayment / Creditors Payment etc.
