  • Various O.S. Win-7, 10 Server 12,16 Installation As well Application Level support & Troubleshooting.
  • Desktop Assembling, Maintenance Troubleshooting Hardware Problems.
  • Laptop Service Part Replacement, Maintenance Troubleshooting Hardware Problems.
  • LAN setup, Cabling, Crimping Punching & Troubleshooting LAN Connectivity issues
  • Installing Modem, switches, Routers & Firewall & Good Knowledge of Operations.
  • Installation and configuration of regular Software’s Antivirus and Management.
  • Managing Local Data Partition, & Volumes. Backup & Restorations Process.
  • Configuring User profile and Outlook 10,16 Office 365 Installation And Recovering user’s outlook profile and Emails.
  • Installation and Configuration and troubleshooting of Network Printers and Local Printers.
  • CCTV Camera NVR, DVR IP-PBX, VOIP, IP Telephony Configuration & Troubleshooting.
  • Handling Users by remote management tool like RDP, Net Meet, TV, AA & AD. And VPN Support.
  • Handling Active Directory for ID Creation, Deletion, Enable Disable Password reset & OU manage.
  • Expertise with various Helpdesk Ticketing tool - Service Desk Plus, E-Helpline etc.
